Ive lived here since Augest 06 & i must say it is awesome so far, its very quiet & shady due to the many trees located on the property. The staff is superb, they exude extreme generosity & friendliness usually you can catch them in the office or out on the property patrolling in the golf cart. The pool is a key feature ITS HUGE & you can actually do laps/tricks inside it, me & my roommates are awaiting the spring reopening. The units themselves are spacious, the closets, bedrooms & patios are gigantic, & for a 2/2 at the end of the month we pay about $450, including utilities. The proximity to the bus stop(s) is great & the jog around Cromwell Circle is a gym in itself. Water has never been a problem here but when they did have to shut off water, the staff left notices well in advance, which is pretty spiffy if you ask me. Maintenance is very prompt here, the property is very clean & there is a profuse amount of dumpsters. Parking is no problem here for you or your guests inside the property or even along Cromwell Circle. Despite the recent car break ins & window breakage i believe it was an isolated incident with intended non factory radio containing car targets. The only complaint i ever had about this place is there not being any light fixtures in the bedrooms BUT this is helpful because the usage of lamps lowers the utility bills anyway. Everyone complains about noise from other neighbors but truth is if you are living in close proximity to other humans you have to expect that. done.

I dont know who wrote this but they must be on crack. The pool is always closed. The staff is never on the property unless they are luring in another victim....i mean tenant....and I have not once seen a golf cart. And I would love to see this notice you speak of about the water being shut off. And your car will get broken into if you have an aftermarket radio or not. Trust me, I know. So whoever of the staff wrote this, spend more time actually making this place better and less time lying about it

I've been scanning alot of different apartments on this site. You end up getting an idea of places by the majority of reviews about it. Then there are always these reviews with high overall ratings and high office staff ratings. It almost insults my intelligence for a management employee to think that they can pass these things off as actual reviews. Hmm....so far I've read 5 that say there is no advance notice about the water, poor security and most of the management is poor. Whoever employs these people need to consider that people like me are actually chased away by ploys like these. It just shows even more the quality of charachter of the person working in the front office.

i wrote this review, i was actually a Lexington Hills resident from 8-06 thru 5-07, i now live right across the street at Cityview. Actually if youre wondering my apt number at L.H was #1409 out facing cromwell circle, neither me or my roommate had no complaints about the place, everything i said was true, but then again our upstairs neighbor did have a different experience living there than us & we also had a good tenant/managment friendship from day 1. i meant everyword i wrote here & people complaining about the noise, you are separated by a foot of drywall expect the noise. I MEAN COME ON!!!
