Rent is expensive, and none of the extras. Clubhouse is nice but the machines are outdated and with only 2 computers for people to share in the business office, better hope you get their first. Careful what you touch, the cheap paint they use tends to chip. Parking isn't a problem but it's not very well lit so bring a flashlight. Watch for water stains on the ceiling if you live downstairs, it will leak and hope ur upstairs neighbors don't have heavy feet because the floors are thin and you will hear them all the time. Grass is green, shrubs are trimmed but be careful where you step since management doesn't keep tabs on tenants with pets ur likely to step in dog poop on the sidewalk and of course the grass. Maitnence is on time but you better hope their isn't alot of jobs to do cuz they'll leave you hanging or do a rush job. If you like to swim make sure you check the pool, it's not kept up with very well or often. Before you move in check entire apartment very carefully, patch jobs are very common and they herd people in as quick as people leave.
