Good Value From: swrenter11 Date posted: 6/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   If you are considering living on Riverside Drive, this is one of the better ones for the price. The people that live here are decent. The biggest downside is that they allow pets and by pets I mean large dogs and no breed restrictions. Prepare for barking and dog poop everywhere.
