I moved in here in July. I have been here just over a month and have already gone two days without hot water, which we were not informed about. I contacted the office and they said oh we are sorry, it was a last minute repair. Well type up a last minute notice and get them to the residents. How lazy can you be' The plumbing is old and bugs and flying insects like to call your apartment their home. They come through the drains. In the month that I have lived here, my truck has already been vandalized. I suggested to the manager that they hire a security guard, seeing that this seems to be on ongoing problem, and he told me that he didnt think that was neccessary but he would keep his eyes open. Well you sure are doing a hell of a job buddy! Cheap asses. Thanks. Like stated in another review, there is alot of mud everywhere when it rains. Apparently they are also to cheap to put in some grass in all the places where there is nothing but dirt. The hot tub doesnt work, and now they have emptied it and roped it off. Did they tell the residents who pay for a pool and a hot tub why it is closed' Hell no they didnt. What a joke this place is. I cant wait to get out of this hell hole. Please, do not live here. You WILL regret it. Spend 50 more bucks and stay away from Riverside.
