DO NOT MOVE HERE! Just to let you know a few facts about Lexington Hills and the way they like to do business....
1. Your AC will break and they don't care how long you go without AC in the summer. Don't take any infants or seniors that can't handle no AC there! Oh and when they "fix" it, it'll last like a day, then take another 3 for them to come back again! You better be able to speak spanish as well, there was a serious language barrier with the maintenance man.
2. Property manager, ----- is very unfriendly and only cares about getting tenants out and new ones in.
3. Office worker, -------, very rude, no personality, no phone skills, no customer service skills. Don't talk to me like I'm 5!!!! He needs to take a class to learn customer service skills.
4. People will try/succeed, to break into your apartment, or car. Management does not care and will not do any security measures to prevent this. (Why would they, they apparently have better things to spend the outrageous rent on...which brings me to #5).
5. The price of these apartments are ridiculous for the ghetto that they are in! Not to mention all the problems. For that price every tenant should have their own maitenance man at their beck and call.
6. Where rainboots, or shoes you don't care about. After the sprinklers go off, or it just rained and you have to go outside...prepare to step in a mudslide!! Mud everywhere!
7. They like to turn off the hot water alot and not tell you about it. Prepare for alot of cold showers.
8. Neighbors leave dogs on their porches to bark all night. Not to mention all the dog poop every where. I lost count how many times I stepped in it since I've lived here!
9. The stupid leaf blowers will wake you up on a Saturday morning at 7:00 am. Not to mention blowing the leaves onto your porch!
10. Hope you don't like to swim or go in a hot tub! The pool is always dirty. Beer bottles everywhere, or it is simply just closed for a week here and there during the summer!! The hot tub is disgusting, I don't think its ever been cleaned!
11. Parking is horrible here, the spaces are too small for even a sedan. Prepare to have your car dinged by inconsiderate people!
12. Keep the noise level down, neighbors of mine got served an eviction notice for noise. First of all, they had no warning. Secondly, they received the notice on a Sunday giving them til Tuesday. That is 2 days to find a new place and move out, Sunday is not a business day. I feel really bad for them!

That is a short list of how these people do business. I was very frustrated to find out what happened to my neighbors and felt enough is enough and I needed to let people know about this place. I cannot wait till my lease is up, I will not be staying here!!

This complex is really bad. I wonder if the owners of the property realize how it's being run. I think the only positive comments about this place were posted by the staff

I completely agree! Will be moving out as soon as my lease is over!
