Nice for what it is

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I rented this apartment as a first time "girl living on her own" place.

I never felt afraid to walk alone after dark and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

That being said, the dumpster was always overflowing and my place would be nicely defined as a fixer upper. I always seemed to need to break out the hammer for something or to put in a request.

So it is a safe apartment that just needs a little more TLC. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
