They suck! Big trash problems! Once or twice a month, garbage everywhere!

Really, the cans overfill every month and trash is put around the dumpsters. I spoke to the manger about it and she called me a liar! I gave her some pictures with the trash and then they said that it was a problem.

There two of their men do not even speak English, so you might want to brush up on your Spanish! We had a water faucet that was way too slow. He thought we wanted him to clean the bathtub! He cleaned it using the water from the sink because the tub water was just too slow and left!

You can hear the traffic from I35 day and night with the windows open. IF you keep your windows and door shut, then you should not hear it.

If it were not for the apartment manager calling me a liar, trash problem, the naked dude, and the -------- who can not speak English, it would be a good place.
