I currently live in Limestone Canyon Apartments, located in Austin Texas, and am having the worst apartment experience in my whole life. Problems started upon move-in, when the carpets were not cleaned and rather filthy. Shortly after move-in we began to experience noise problems with our upstairs and next door neighbors. After 6 months of complaining and many phone calls to the incompetent apartment manager Jennifer, onsite officer, as well as the police, we have not resolved the issue. Partly becuase Jennifer, believes that tenats that make noise complaints are harrasing the tenants making the noise. We were also told that they would not correct the noise problems becuase no one else was complianing about the noise. Hmmmmm, seems logical that no one else would complain when we are the only tenants that live below the noisy neighbors. BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS, YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY.
