When I moved in 3 months ago, I thought I was moving into a 'luxury' apartment complex in a quiet community. That tells you how far appearances go with this place. Although, they have an awesome roommate floorplan and appearance-this place is anything but quiet and well taken care of. I can't count a week that has gone by where I haven't been awaken from my sleep to hear tow trucks coming to repo cars or listen to people have parties in the parking lot. The office staff are very unprofessional and can care less about any maintenance issues you may have. If they do come, don't expect it to be fixed on the first or second time. If you like (or mind) living and paying for an apartment that has vinyl siding missing on the buildings, noisy parking lots, a staff that doesn't care and trash that overflows from the bin then this is a great place to live. If not, I would suggest moving elsewhere. But if you choose to sign...get an apartment that isn't facing the parking lot. You might have a scenic view of 35 or the wonderful so called 'creek' that runs through this place. Good luck!
