This place SUCKS! Sunridge Management Group, which corporate office is not in Austin, owns these apartments and they only have one property in Austin. That's why this staff is so unprofessional because they have no one in upper management here to see what goes on. First thing needed at this community is getting rid of the so-called manager (Jennifer) and on down the line (including the lead maintenance man). A manager is needed with some experience and a brain to run this community the way it should be ran. Some advice that should be taken seriously like another writer wrote is DO NOT live facing the road (if you get a 2/2 it would also put you on the main stairwell and you will hear EVERYONE going up and down. If you are a VERY laid back person and NOTHING bothers you (for instance constant noise) this is the place for you.
