Mgt. doesn't follow the rules

The whole problem is that management doesn't follow the rules! Anyone who threatens to use a gun should be evicted immediately, but that doesn't happen here, and threating someone's safety is a lease violation...wish I could write up a lease violation on them and kick them out.
