not worth the money

I will agree with 90% of the posts on here. Yes, there are drug dealers living here. Yes, dumpsters are often overflowing. Yes, I have seen the police here on a few occasions. Yes, there have been repossesions of cars and furniture. Yes, the gates are broken a lot and the iron fence is rusty, broken, and a serious safety hazard. YES, parking REALLY sucks! The place is not kid friendly at all, nowhere for kids to play. Lots of parents let the kids play in the parking lot though! I remember 3 seperate occasions this past summer when the pool water was green and algae was growing on the tiles. There is a foul and mysterious odor coming from the creek at times, but that's not Limestones fault. To comment on noise, compared to other apt's I've lived in the noise from other apt's is minimal but the noise from the front doors slamming and car stereos booming is terrible! As far as the office staff goes..most of the time they are friendly but not very professional or organized, complaints aren't well received at all and illegal activities seem to be tolerated. Also, getting your packages from the office is a feat in itself since the staff is never there when you need them to be. This week alone we've made 3 attempts to pick up a package (during normal business hours), the office was empty and locked each time. All in all, these apt's are not worth the price.
