When I moved in, I thought this place was wonderful. The staff was so nice, and it looked like a nice place to live. I was really mislead.

1st of all it's a pain in the butt to get to. None of my friends want to deal with the hassle of getting to my apartment. It's inconvenient.

Parking is a nightmare, all of the parking is for compact cars. Come on, this is Texas! Majority of people don't have compact cars. Since the spaces are for compact cars, my car has received dings and scratches from the other cars, because the spaces are too small. Not to mention, if you come home late, you are forced to park an insane distance away from your apartment. I looked at the complex during the day, so I most of the tenants were at work, so I didn't see the parking problems.

Noise is horrible. You can hear traffic on IH-35 all of the time. People are constantly racing up and down the street in front of the complex, and through the complex itself. If it isn't loud music coming from cars, it's loud engines, or loud neighbors. The noise is worst at night. The people who live there, drive way too fast through the complex, and I have heard of many accidents.

The apartment is nice and spacious, I will say that. But if anything breaks, forget it. I don't venture around the complex too much, but there are some people who I don't care to live near.

If I had to do it again, I would go somewhere else.
