How a new management company can really let a once respectable community turn into another slum of Rundberg is beyond me' This community was very nice several years ago with very respectable working people who would want to know you. Now it is nothing more than a drug haven for rift raft and anyone that can pay a few month's rent. It amazes me the change I have seen in 2 years time to what this community has become today. The people that live there currently have no respect, no decency for others, and care about nothing. This is reflected in the dings you will get in your car doors from parking, the double parking of these low life individuals, the parking in the handicap designated areas of those whom are not handicap, the speeding loud cars through the 10 mph parking lot (these people cannot read as well, many illiterate individuals), constant noise outside all hours of the day, the selling and drug use on a daily basis that management obviously knows about but does nothing about, and the poor judgement in character of those they invite in to live in this now horrible frightening community.
