Only unhappy people on here are ones who dont like rules and regs that make a community a safe and pretty place to live. If you can have a basic level of respect and follow simple fair rules, that apply to all youll enjoy it. Maint. is fast and knowledgeable, office is caring. Grounds ok but apts are nice. I have no probs.
