If the staff would worry more about running some back-ground and employment checks instead of their next party maybe it would be a decent place to live. As long as they let TRASH move in, this place will always be a DUMP. But hey look what its ran by. Who care about parties, I want some decent neighbors that work for a living and not hustle for a living.
