Maintenance staff rocks. The main guy is usually who fixes my stuff does a totally effective job. Never wait longer than the next day to get repairs done. Office is pleasant enough when you have to deal with them. Grounds are nothing special but the pool is nice and usually pretty darn clean. I plan on renewing.
