I lived here for few months, its a nice place, with some minor problems.

Things I like:
management is good,
maintenance is good,
enough parking,
secluded,
apartments are nice

Things I dont like:
AC s are loud especially if you are on the ground floor they may be in front of your bedroom window and work all night.
Walls are not very thick, but is not a problem if you have nice neighbours.
Pets are allowed, and some people don't clean after them, or some have big dogs which shouldn't be living in apartments, and they make noise sometimes.
Every morning I kill few insects in the bathroom, I keep it clean but I don't know how they get in (small ones with teeth on their tails - dont know what they are called, and sometimes the ones that roll themselves like a ball; not very scary).

So I recommend only if you get an upper level and you shouldn't have issues hopefully.
