I have lived in LC for three years and cannot believe some of the bad reviews. Maybe this is from people who have nothing to compare the experience to. But i've transitioned from a student to a career at this complex and they really "get it." The community is safe, they keep tenants informed of everything. The cares team makes huge efforts to make this really feel like a community. There are so many chances to meet the good neighbors and network. This place feels like a home. When i make a mantenance request it almost always gets fixed same day. So if you are looking for something run like a hotel where you see no one speak to no one and call for room service every now and then, i guess this is not the place for you. But if you want to feel okay with your kids playing outdoors and know that your concerns will be promptly address Jennifer and Toni do that like Pros. They just changed the management this month so, i can't speak for the future. But up to this point it's been a dream.
