These people do not care about you as residents the way they attempt to portray they do in their monthly newsletters. They see you as dollar symbols & look for extra ways that they can charge you for something. They will enter your apartment at will and confiscate your valuable belongings if you have any outstanding balances......this includes if you are late on paying water & sewage!!! As little as 3 days late !!!! You can just imagine their late fees also ! I used to work in the front office (for two weeks) and the staff even told me how they take your expensive items & they are allowed to sell them off to pay for your debts for whatever amount they choose...does not even have to be the value of the item !!! So of course the staff has first dibbs on a purchase !! I'm sure you can see why they are happy when you are late. The funny thing is I was never late, but after learning of this I quit & worked on getting the hell out of there. My advice, choose somewhere else to call home !!!
