The new office staff is very passive when it comes to dealing with complaints from residents. If it is not a policy infraction or problem that they can fine the residents for they choose to ignore it. This was a much better property before the new manager, assistant manager and leasing agent took over. The quality of residents has also declined. Just because numbers were down they lowered the standards or just choose to ignore them to get their numbers up. It used to be a nice quite, clean property but that has changed. People are allowed to have very large animals that should have a big yard to run around in not be cooped up in a small apartment. The sprinklers water the parking lot as much or more then they water the yard, there is standing water in the parking lot during and after watering. The limited access gates are broken more than they are working. One of them has been broken for months.
