New management just wants your money. Completely inattentive to tenants needs and always have 10 new rules per week for tenants to abide by. Its a dilapidated-- complex with no amenities, no trees, no hike and bike trails, no water, sidewalks and bike lanes - "what's that'"'' They are the king of "Nothing". You have to walk 1/2 mile for laundry, polluted pool and worthless "exercise room, 4 treadmills and a rack of free weights". They are raising rent $100.00 ($899) this month for a tiny 650 sq. ft apt for a P.O.S. complex in a recession economy. Its insane. I could buy a house for that amount. Don't make the same mistake I made.
Oh, and I hope you enjoy listening to I-35 traffic, cuz that is part of the charm of this place.
I leave this month ... GOOD RIDDANCE.

Hello, I am the Manager of Limestone Canyon and I would like to start off by saying that we are very sorry for the issues and conerns that you are having in the hopes if sheding light on the situation. I would like to address the complaints that you have.
First off,I would like to address the "10 new rules per week" comment. We have not changed any rules or policies that were not already instated in your lease contract, us choosing to enforce the rules when deemed neccesary for the SAFETY and SECURITY of our residents does not make it a new rule.
Second, we have absolutely NOT raised any tenants rent $100, or any amount close to that. Please bring us in the offer letter that states these increases so that we may see what you are talking about and address the issue in the appropriate manner.
Third, due to the "Exceptional" drought status that Central Texas is currently facing, our water service is restricted by TCEQ and therefore we have very strict regulations that we need to follow in order to avoid HUGE fines. Unfortunately we can not control what Mother Nature does not provide.
We try very hard as a management team to keep our tenants happy, and address any "valid" issues that they may have. Unfortunately when those issues are only written about annonymously, and are seemingly false we do not know how to correct the issue. We know that you are leaving at the end of this month, but would really like to talk with you about these concerns, as obviously they are really weighing on your mind. If you are really this unhappy, the best way to address the issue is to talk with someone who works in the office so that we may try to do what we can to alleviate these feelings that you have.

Limestone Canyon has a 17% approval rating by multiple tenants (or ex-tenants). The facts speak for themselves.

I agree with the complaints listed above. This complex is completely unsatisfactory which is a shame becuase six months ago I moved in and the grounds were clean and people friendly. Now we have our own private ghetto. People blast music and leave trash or dog feces ( poop ) everywhere. The management also passes pointless rules they say are for safety, really who's safety a complete moron's? I can't keep a bbq pit on my balcony even though it's never been used. Why? Cause some jack ass needs another reason to fine us. My wife and I have also been subject to vandalism and theft which the apartment management hasn't seemed to care about. Children play in the street and when asked to move swear at the tenants. I hate this place so much that if it was burning down I wouldn't piss on it. Listen to the facts of the tenants posting here. DON"T MOVE HERE unless you want to be surrounded by HUD tenants who pay less than you for the same quality of housing and make it no better than living in a ghetto.
