Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
Security gates are open part of the day. There was a string of robberies when I lived there, including an expensive bike broken out of my roommates car [they broke window]. The culprits were caught after a couple of months. I'd say it's an average place. Wouldn't go back.
