This was the worst complex ever.

We lived there over three years and it got worse and worse as time went on, especially after management changed. The quality of the incoming residents got worse as well. The noise level was insane, as was parking. People park their boats and RVs out back, nevermind that most people end up parking out there at night. (When you have to park in the next section of buildings over because there is no parking in your own section, you have a problem.)

People do not clean up after their animals, so feces is everpresent no matter where you go in the complex.

The gates are always stuck open--one was even stuck open for several MONTHS. Management liked to announce that the gate codes would be changing, and then not change them for months after the announcement.

I truly enjoyed those who park in the handicapped space when getting their mail, because they seem to be too lazy to walk an additional five feet. Heaven forbid. Speaking of mail, the mail carrier there is a jackass. he's obnoxious and rude, and doesn't seem to understand that people receive mail there for a REASON. Again, we lived there over three years, and I had several items returned to sender as they were supposedly "undeliverable".

Bugs and rodents seem to be faithful residents, as maintenance could never rid our building of silverfish and squirrels. After complaining to management approximately 15 times (over a period of 9 months), the finally got off their duffs and set out a squirrel trap--THE DAY BEFORE WE MOVED OUT.

Papers (such as pay stubs and old mail) were left in our bedroom closet by the previous tenant--the make ready team did such a great job!

All in all, this complex is horrible. I will not recommend it to anyone... in fact, I have shared our experiences with others in hopes that people will heed our warnings and choose NOT to move to Brimstone Ranch, as we have so lovingly taken to calling it. I never felt safe there--how comfortable can that be''
