I have lived here for 2 years. It takes maintenance forever to get to a work order because the office personel forgets to turn in work orders. Thee grounds are never keep clean of dog poo. If you try to do your part about the dog poo, the bags are usually out and it takes 5 or more calls to get them filled back up. There has been a tree in the parking lot on top of a boat for 2 weeks from the last storm we had. the walls are so thin you can here your neighbors breathing and the floors too!! Broken down cars in the parking lots and people working on them. Cars and boats jacked up on mason bricks and 50 gallon drum cans. The personel on the office is very very forgetful. This is your warning if you move in it is your own fault, don't say you were not warned!!!
