For about few weeks now. I was charged a late fee in the amount of $80. i have been trying to get refund. Do to the holyday weekend i went out of town and was day late !!!. No one seems to care. Emailed corporate office. Called 4 times no responds. Oh well. i have never paid a late fee on any property, and will take my money somewhere else.

I agree with cmadlom- you YOU you YOU you (not limestone) were late-you could have used the night drop before your trip to pay. I mean you did sign a contract with them- and as a real estate agent-I know it says on the front page of TAA (Texas Apartment Associations) lease what the late fee would be and when it will accour!

gotta agree...this person is pretty ignorant. Pay rent late....pay late fee.....any questions? you have an entire month to plan for the rent payment. How much more time does one need?

I know because I am in the leasing biz. That if they were to waive your late fee they would have to waive every single person's late fee on property that month whether they were one day late or two weeks late. Where I work it is $100.00 initial late fee and $15.00 each additional day late- It says on the front page of your lease the late fee terms and conditions... Suck it up and pay it- It is residents like you who make my life miserable...
