Went to pot while I lived there

I lived at Limestone from 1999-2001 and during that time it really went downhill. Now it looks like a Vegas casino. The neon sign didn't used to be there and they used to actually care about the external appearance of the place - repainted every so often. Now it just fades into the background behind the convenience store and the multiple highways it fronts.
This is probably a great place to live if you don't have much money, but want to pretend you live in a luxury apartment complex. If you're a bachelor with low standards - great place for you. Otherwise - cross the highway and check out the Lodge at Warner Ranch. My husband and I lived at Limestone, crossed over to the darkside and tried living in the Enclave (what a nightmare THAT was), and finally wised up and moved to the Lodge. It's like a beautiful oasis set back off the road - so it's quieter than the other complexes. It's full of young families and people with kids and pets - very clean and quiet. It's maintained beautifully and you don't have to worry about something getting stolen or getting mugged.

I've been living at the Limestone Ranch for over 2yrs and I've never had a problem with anything getting stolen or being mugged. I've only had good experinces with this complex. The staff does a great job keeping the property nice. Maintence has come over and fixed things within hours of me calling. Over the summer of 06 they just repainted everything. As the other person said we have high standards too and we love the Limestone Ranch as well.

My friends live there. There's a cemetery in view from their balcony. And they had to REQUEST an apartment move when their 2nd floor apartment got broken into. Now they're on the 3rd floor WITH a lovely scene of a cemetery.

People - check out the rating for The Lodge at Warner Ranch vs. Limestone. Keeping in mind that most people only post reviews when they're pissed off, but even so, The Lodge has more than double the rating of Limestone. And cmadlom - I'm happy for you that you feel safe enough to keep your family there - I wouldn't. I should send you a picture of the carport that collapsed on my neighbor's car while we lived there - quality construction. You should really have higher standards for your family - sorry.
