I've lived here for almost a year and a half. I've complained about my neighbor many times to the office staff. Fortunately enough, I know RRPD's phone number and sadly use it quite often.
Not a day goes by without seeing RRPD cars swarming the parking lot. This place has a nice visual appeal, however don't be fooled...it's terrible. Even though the office staff is virtually worthless, they are polite in an attempt to pretend to be helpful. Unless you are comfortable living in a run-down area, search elsewhere. Somewhere actually nice, affordable, and less..."GHETTO"!!!
