Dog crap everywhere, takes maintenance men over 2-3 days to finally come and fix something. Cops are always in the parking lots for some reason. Promised upgrades for 3 months and all you here is excuses from the office snobs. Can't wait to move!! Don't waste your time moving to this hell hole.

From all of the apartments complexes that I been too (which is over 13 here in Austin, Roundrock, and Pflugerville), this is one of the top 3 in my book. The place is kept resonably clean and the staff is made up of great, down to earth people. Also, it is good to know that when we need them, the cops are there :-)
