The maintance staff is lazy, and the managment doesn't care. Promises will be made and will never be fulfilled. Repairs that should be done for the benifit of the property, not just yours will be ignored. If you don't mind mold growing in your apartment because they wont' fix the gutters, then you won't have a problem. If you stay and sign a new lease, don't believe anything they promise you. I should have had carpet, sink, paint and new blinds, but I instead I had a broken drawer for 3 months, missing sheet rock, light switches that don't work, carpet that was worn out when I moved in and paint that wipes off of the walls with just a damp rag! This doesn't even compare with the electic bills!

Don't worry though, you'll be reassured that they have these problems under control now! ROFLMAO!

That's really funny considering I have a degree from a state university and have a good job. Did you go to an online college? That would explain your spelling errors and poor grammer.
