bad management, decent apartments

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
The management went downhill in 2000-2001.
Decent place other than the management. I
used to recommend the place, but now I tell
people to find one of the other apartments
along Metric Blvd instead. Real shame as it
has great potential, just bad management.
