This place sucks! Terrible management. Very rude manager. For my entire stay after multiple complaints, they were never able to repair my dishwater. I was washing everything by hand after passing through the dishwasher.
Every now then they would enter my apartment for repairs to the apartments of people living above me without my permission. When I complained, I was told this is policy and we have legal rights to enter anyone's apartment.
Another time I accidentlly gavce 2$ less in my monthly rent. I was charged with a 50$ fine for that. Can you believe that''
Neighbors would create a ruckus everynight and management took 6 months to send them out. there would be midnght partes in the pool and noise all night long.
There were a lot of car-breakins also. 2 times, soneone ripped open the outgoing mailbox to open other people's names so they could get their social security and stuff like that. I ended up going to the post office every single time I needed to mail something. NO effort was made to enhance security.
After moveout they created moveout bills of 400$ even though fairly it should have been only about 100$.
Never ever think about this place. This is a terrible apartment complex.
