Okay for long term renters

This is place is not very good to short term renters. They expect the apartment to be new when people live there less than 1 year.
If you plan to stay longer, you probably won't have many problems with deposits.
Car breakins are common as there is no fence to speak of and it is right on the bus line. It is noisy near the pool due to the metal gate latches, noisy due to garbage trucks and stupid drunk acc students at 3 am. They would pee in the bushes below and my wife took to dumping 5 gallon buckets of water on them.
