visit the place at night and it is totally different. It's a okay place for an ACC student (I didn't realize there was a campus near when I moved in.) But if you are not a poor college student RUN!! You don't want to live there. I really liked the location and was sick of moving which is why I stayed as long as i did. It was really musty in the building. I generally didn't have many maintenance issues so didn't have to converse w/ management too much, which was good because when I did they weren't very helpful.
And if you do live hear make sure they spell everything on the lease and get everything in writing, even questions you ask I MEAN EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU. They told me one thing the week before I moved out and then changed it after I moved out and explained it as administrative fees. When I told them another office member told me different they said did you get it in writing' Much scarier place to live than it looks. I was constantly afraid of my neighbors. I did not want anyone to know when I was going out of town because I was afraid they would try to break in my place while I was gone.
