Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
While living at Lincoln Oaks, we had a termite problem. They SWARMED out of the kitchen walls one day. We notified mgmt and they had a salesperson come over and try to tell us it was ants. We had an exterminator come and check it out and only then did Lincoln Oaks take us seriously. The solution' Bug bait! Seriously! That was the solution mgmt offered us. Only after we moved out did we find out that they were trying to sue us for the termite damage. What a bunch of pathetic, lying, losers! Save your money.
