We lived in a different complex that was horrible -- but nothing compares to the way the management of Lincoln oaks rips you off and is selective about who they bother. Because we lived in the building close to the office, we were continually harrassed. First is was we had to take down our xmas lights or we would be fined. We got the notice 2 weeks after xmas on a friday and were told to have them down by monday. We were out of town and to top it off.. they still had their xmas flags up. Months later, others still had lights up!! They also trie dto charge us $50 late rent fee b/c we didn't include $2 for trash -- which we weren't told about the second month b/c the first month was prorated. They also were going to tow my husbands truck b/c he had an expired registration sticker. He didn't even realize it had been expired, but they quickly slapped a bright orange tow sticker. Yet, there was a car sitting in the parking lot that literally did not budge an inch in over 6 months. How bout tow that one' Now, we've moved out.. and they don't want to return our cat DEPOSITS (she says it was all a fee.. which is not what we were told) and charged us $25 dollars b/c we left lint in their clothes dryer and a couple nails in the outside storage closet. GIVE ME A BREAK! You could have hired someone to come clean the apt and you still would get charged for something. She is a crook and mean and has no business being in the type of business she's in. Definitely not a people person and only does actual work when her bosses come to town. Don't even bother looking at these b/c it is not worth the hassle.

I live here and it's great! I also have a pet. It's a "pet fee" not a pet deposit. Read your lease people BEFORE you sign. It clearly states pet fee. We don't like people leaving Christmas lights up after Christmas. It's over, take them down and let's get started on spring. If you left ANYTHING in your apartment who do you thing has to take it out or clean it. Not you so $25 is not bad to have to get rid of your trash! The manager is awesome. We love her to death. She has been here 8 yrs. and knows what she is doing. You don't see a new face every time you go in the office. The girls are great and do everything possible to help us. I love living here, I have for nearly 2 yrs. now and don't plan on moving.

This is a nightmare! Icurrently live here and have to put up with the yellow teeh anorexic barbie wanna-be manager every time I pay my rent! She is a disgrace to the community. She needs to go!

I live here now and I love it too! Me and my boyfriend both love it. And have no problems with no one. Everything is great! I dont plan on moving anytime soon.Everyone is great.
