I currently live at Lincoln Oaks, and this is a nightmare! Begining with the manager the horrible yellow toothed anorxice barbie wanna-be, she is a total disgrace to this community. She is a horrible person to deal with. People park in handicap parking spaces, and the know it but do nothing to stop this. People racing down the driveways, people smoking marijuana, people selling marijuana and other drugs. Also half of the people that park there have expired licence and inspection stickers. This need to stop. They should go by and give warning and tow all expired tags. NO IF AND OR BUTS!. I along witha group are speaking with the City of Austin about this problem here and around Austin. If they decide to go forward with this issue, they will start ticketing all expired tags all around Austin. But all in all, DO STAY AWAY from this complex....the dirty manager makes the rest of the staff look ugly!

I have lived for 3 years and love it. I have been in the apartment business in the past and what most of you DO NOT know is there is a legal process in having vehicles towed i.e. for and expired inspection or registration you have to send a registered receipt 10 days after it has been signed for before you can tow. Also, you have to send the letter to the person who is registered as the owner, who could be in california. Then what? it takes more than you think to do something that sounds so simple. I happen to know they towed 2 vehicles just last week. The remark you made about the manager just shows your immaturity. If it's that bad genious MOVE!!!!!!!! or can you lease anywhere else for some reason?
