I recently just moved in to Lincoln Oaks.
Everything went pretty smooth. The rent is affordable, and the pool rocks. I love my apartment.

Just wait until you have to move out. Clean everything and take pictures of every square inch! Have management walk through with you and keep copies of EVERY zero balanced bill. They WILL come back to haunt you. If you can, get a car alarm and park near your apartment. That way you might be able to catch a glimpse of the miscreants making off with your car stereo. Good luck.
