Beautiful landscaping- downside is the landscapers start about 8AM and they do it every single day sometimes. If you dont mind leaf blowers for 4 hours then go for it.

I love the pool and hot tub and deck area by the pool. It's definitely my favorite part. Esp. during the summer time. There's lots of BBQ pits and picnic tables too.

My car got broken into once and my boyfriends numerous times. There are vandals and theives galore since there are no security gates.

Rent is pretty ridiculous because of the location is close to ACC. That's why we moved here but matinence is very timely and most the office staff is great. Only 1 mean witch!
