After reading the negative comments, I am very surprised. My company has leased several units at Lincoln Oaks and we and our residents have always been pleased and well cared for. The only negative is that there are not any security gates - we have not had any issues, but gates are a deterrent.

Maintenance issues are promptly rectified and Brenda and the others in the office have gone above and beyond to care for us. The grounds are well manicured and the facilities are well cared for.

If more residents would take "ownership" of their home and keep up their "end" there would be no issues. People need to be good neighbors - don't leave trash or "junk" on your patios/balconies OR outside your door. Pick up after your pets and throw away trash you see laying around. Be a responsible neighbor and tenant. We will continue to lease here and continue to recommend Lincoln Oaks.

You may have leased "several units" at this property but it???s obvious you have never lived here. The management is super nice until you move in and then you are an inconvenience to them. The parking is HORRIBLE! The noise level is beyond annoying and the general attitude of the management and the other workers in the office sucks; they are lazy and unprofessional. You should further research your information before giving good reviews to any property.

I do not need to actually live at the property - our clients live there and trust me...if there were problems, we would immediately know about them. They pay us to take care of their needs and if they were not satisfied...they would squawk! If the issues were not resolved in a very timely manner - we would know about it. Please keep in mind - you are treated the way you treat others, so try using "honey" instead of "vinegar". We have had several units at Lincoln Oaks over the past 3 years and have always been pleased - we will continue to lease here.
