Pros:
-awesome pool
-manicured grounds
-helpful fix-it crew
-nice staff and neighbors
-kid friendly
-pretty neighborhood
-near highways and transit

Cons:
-rent is getting pricy
-crime rate increasing'
-loud college students
-not as "happening" as downtown
