I've read the reviews, but being kind of a longterm a tenant here myself, I gotta say it's pretty nice for what you pay. You can get nicer, but not for the money and not in this immediate area. I work pretty close by, so it's great for me. The front office folks are as sweet as they come and the maintenance has been good. The pool is small but nice and well landscaped. I'm fortunate that I have pretty good neighbors. I might think differently if some of the reviewees here had been my neighbors. This place is just fine.
