I have lived at this property for the last 6 years. Metric's a nice area in that it's close to IH-35 and very close to MOPAC, The Domain, and the Arboretum. The grounds are very nicely taken of and Management is wonderful. The Maintenance man has been here for years too. Lincoln Oaks is one of the few properties that has the same people there in the Office as they are happy with their Corporate office. When Management is happy, their tenants are happy.

Someone mentioned that Lincoln Oaks isn't as "happening as Downtown Austin." LMAO! Find a place in Downtown Austin for the price and square footage that you get at Lincoln Oaks and MOVE! It's just not possible. Plus, living downtown you get the street people sleeping under your windows at 3-6am. Personally, I'd rather live at Lincoln Oaks.

Most of the time, people only go on the Apartment Ratings to rant and rave because they are mad at management which is usually because they are late on their rent, got in trouble for being to loud, or didn't get their deposit back. Well, as everyone should know you should DO A WALK-THROUGH with your Apartment Complex's Management BEFORE YOU MOVE OUT!!!!! People that ask for a walk-through before they move out ALWAYS have their apartments sparkling clean and usually get their deposit back (if Bowzer ate the carpet, then expect to pay for it!). 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
