there have been car break ins, home invasions, multiple murders, including but not limited to, shootings at a residence, and at the community pool, one lady was drowned and they still don't know by whom. At least two infants have died in the pool because of a faulty pump return suction inlet. (trust me, you don't even want to know the details on those, too gruesome) and if physical harm and possible death of you or your loved ones isn't enough of a deterrent, maitnence doesn't "fix" things they "rig" them. management is a joke, in fact "the" manager (her name is Debbie or something) is flat out ridiculous. I don't want to go off on a tangent about her rudeness or inadequacies but just know that you would be better served in a homeless shelter by the other residents. Not only is living there a risk ( I lived there for two years before I was feed up enough to not re-sign my lease ) when I moved out, they incorrectly represented my rental history and bad mouthed me to the management of where I moved to. So even though I was late ONCE out of two years, they reported that I was on time ONCE and further still, refused to remedy the situation. for your own well being, move somewhere else!
