lincoln ridge is definitely worth checking out. the property is very well maintained and there is a fitness center along with a pool/hot tub. also there are washer/dryer hook ups, some with the units already installed. each building is basically three floors, so there is a variety to choose from. i would recommend living on the ground floor, because going up three floors can get tedious and difficult- especially when you?re moving in! there are security gates installed, which offer minimal security. each apartment has a patio with storage space. the management is courteous and helpful. the only bad thing about this complex is that the rent will steadily increase after moving in, as i experienced. on the first lease i signed (for 12 months) the rental rate was 583. upon signing the second 12 month lease, the rent was increased to 608. for some reason the corporate property company keeps driving the rental rates up. for this reason i had to move out to find more affordable housing.
