A good choice for the short term.

When we first moved in we received several good deals on our rent (3rd story), 1 bdrm, but each time we renewed, the rent increased. Seems like we weren't the only ones... Grounds are nice, and parking is usually available. At one point, all the cars in our vicinity had their tires slashed and some of our neighbors were less than friendly, but otherwise things were good.
