My son was born in my apartment here. The apartments are very large and maintenance was quick and efficient and competent. That was the nice part. But we had to request a lot of repairs when we moved in. We got a new refrigerator and a new bathroom sink and a new dryer. That's a lot for just moving in. They should have fixed them before we got there.
There was a complete idiot working there who forget to enter one of our checks into the computer and then taped a notice of eviction to our front door because the computer said we owed them money and it was 5 days past due. I was 9 months pregnant and didn't take it well. When I called her, she told me that it was policy and I owed them money and it wasn't her fault. I had actually overpaid and THEY OWED ME MONEY!
Michi helped me out though and Stephanie got fired shortly after that. I'm sure it wasn't because of me. She was seriously incompetent.
The grounds are nice with the stream and pool and trees but it's in a very dirty, busy part of Austin. It can take 10 minutes to get on I-35 even though it's only a block away.
