While there are security gates, you are not secure. My car and another friends car were both broken into. Maintenence' I am not sure they have any. It usually takes weeks for something to be fixed, if they don't "forget". The bus stop right outside the complex is extremely noisy, and the walls are VERY thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbors conversations, telephone ringing, and television at ALL hours of the day and night, not just when it is "quiet". To their credit, the office staff is very nice. Parking is also adequate, but the parking lot is not very well lit and some homeless people like to sleep on the parkbenches around the complex.
