Pass on this one.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
I have lived at Lincoln Ridge for almost five-years. In that time, I have seen many things change. Regretfully, things have changed for the worse. The management staff, although friendly, seems inadequate to manage the apartment complex. I have had several repair orders that took months to complete. There are always problems with the security gates not working. Lincoln Ridge now has a policy to tow non-residents or visitors of residents. It is my opinion that the contract towing company has aggressive towing practices. For example I had my car towed twice in a six-month period (and I am a resident). When I approached Lincoln Ridge management, the response I received was "you signed the parking agreement".
The apartment complex is located on the corner of William Cannon and Bluff Springs. It is less than a mile from IH-35, but still takes about 20 minutes (on some days) to get to IH-35. There is a bus stop that is on the corner opposite of the apartment complex. There are at least three buses parked on the street at any given time. I have almost been in several accidents due to congestion at the bus stop. The noise the parked buses make is sometimes difficult to tolerate.
As I mentioned earlier, I have been a resident at Lincoln Ridge for almost five-years. However, I will not be renewing my lease when my current one ends. I would suggest that anyone looking at this complex needs to take a close look at congestion, and must have patience when dealing with management.
