It's only okay.

This complex is only okay. The staff is nice, but not at all helpful--it took almost 2 months for them to fix my number at the security gate so I could let people in. The gate itself is only false security, and has been broken more than it's been working.
Maintenance is slow to nonexistant, they lose a lot of work orders, you have to keep on them to get anything fixed. When I moved in there were a lot of little problems with my apartment that have never been fixed.
I live towards the back of the complex, away from Blff Springs Rd., so I don't have a lot of the problems with traffic noise and people wandering around the property. I also live on the 3rd floor, so I don't get a lot of neighbor noise, unless they're out on their balcony. I have a nice little view from my apartment of the "creek" area with nice trees and landscaping, it's better than the parking lot or busy street view that a lot of the units have.
The apartments are fairly spacious, the balcony is nice and big and has a large storage area. The kitchens are TINY and could use a lot more cabinet/pantry space. I like having a washer/dryer in my apartment, but they are also TINY, you can only fit about 3 towels in them. Water is averaged based on square footage and occupants, so be prepared for high water bills.
Traffic getting in and out is pretty bad, there's grocery store and a Target within walking distance, if you want to take you life in you hands to get there. The buses are a pain to drive around. And even though I live away from the streets, I still get a lot of traffice noise in my apartment.
I've never used the pool or fitness facilities, but the pool is usually pretty dirty with leaves.
Overall, for the price, this is only an okay place to live, I doubt I'll renew my lease, if only because the management/maintenance is so inept.
